  3. While the eggs are cooking, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork or potato masher until smooth.
  4. Add the lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the avocado and mix well.
  5. Once the eggs are finished cooking, drain the water and transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool.
  6. Once the eggs are cool, peel the shells off and slice each egg in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a separate bowl.
  7. Mash the egg yolks with a fork and then add them to the avocado mixture. Mix well.
  8. Spoon the avocado-egg yolk mixture back into the egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
  9. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
